Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited ME/engineering or technical program with Jr/Sr status and 3.0 GPA.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to move freely in manufacturing areas.
• Willingness to learn Minitab and related statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Product Engineering teams to identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in meeting quality, cost and delivery metrics across programs.
• Prepare and distribute reports on quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Help develop QA work instructions, check sheets and inspection records.
• Create performance charts and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with metrology activities and risk assessments.
