Job summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, seeks a Quality Engineer intern to support the Quality Department. You will assist in documentation, data reporting, and on-line quality improvements across production lines.

The role requires a bachelor’s track in quality/engineering, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and willingness to travel to Riceville as needed. Proficiency with MS Office tools is expected. Compensation ranges with experience, from $18 to $37 per hour.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations Management/Business Administration or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Enrolled for entire duration of internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of BIQ (built in quality) to the Production lines.
• Review and develop quality documentation, data, and reports.
• Support Quality Department Staff during internship.
• Participate in quality audits internally and externally.
• Travel to Riceville occasionally as required.
