Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering for the full internship.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with hydraulic symbols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow project on the assembly floor and provide technical assistance
• Evaluate new designs and identify potential improvements
• Lead cross-functional design reviews to optimize design
• Evaluate, update, and design hydraulic circuits
• Design, model, and test new mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines to refine system control and performance
• Consult with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to find solutions to problems
• Perform or assist in testing of complete vehicles or vehicle components
• Create and manage ECNs (Engineering Change Notices)
• Update BOMs in the PDM system to reflect changes
• Review test and field systems failures and determine root cause
