Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in New York Mills, MN is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to support the Quality Engineering Team. The intern will develop, deploy, and monitor quality processes, assist with PPAP/FAI submissions, and drive continuous improvement across Brunswick value streams while reporting to the Quality Manager.

You will work full-time from May to August 2027, earn $18.00–$27.00 per hour, and may travel up to 10% for project needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering student with ≥80 credits toward a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Office proficiency; familiarity with SolidWorks/DraftSight or similar 3D modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Built in Quality across the value stream.
• Create and implement Quality Plans for new products in HPPD process.
• Support PPAP/FAI submissions to enable timely shipments.
• Review corrective actions and ensure root cause analysis and preventive measures.
