Job summary

Brunswick, a global marine leader, seeks a Quality Inspector to ensure safety, quality, and process integrity on the plant floor. You will inspect areas, log data in QC2, and uphold standards while advancing your Lean Six Sigma and ABYC credentials.

Qualifications

• 2 years of quality experience with root-cause problem solving.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Ability to read assembly prints and work instructions.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for safety and quality.
• Provide timely inspections with feedback to area leaders.
• Log inspections in QC2 and ensure completion.
• Ensure quality standards are followed in the area.
• Collect and enter variable data in QC2 or Shopfloor.
• Perform quality audits throughout the plant.
• Become ABYC certified.
• Become Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
• Other duties as assigned.
