Zusammenfassung

Graco is seeking a motivated student intern to join our Quality Engineering team. You will participate in process investigations, support improvements using structured problem-solving, and help map and standardize key quality processes across facilities.

You will analyze data to support root-cause investigations and corrective actions, while collaborating with team members to identify opportunities for efficiency gains. This role emphasizes hands-on learning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or comparable program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Interest in process improvement and quality systems.

Aufgaben

• Participate in process investigations by comparing documented QMS processes with current practices across multiple facilities.
• Support improvement efforts using structured problem-solving tools.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and standardization of key quality processes.
• Contribute to development and testing of new quality engineering tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Gather and analyze data to support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Work with team members to identify opportunities for process alignment and efficiency gains.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide timely support to the Quality team.
