Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Quality Engineer / Total Vehicle for onsite work in Blythewood, SC. The role focuses on dimensional issue resolution from prototype through start of production, coordinating with body shop, supplier quality, manufacturing and assembly teams to improve vehicle fit and finish.

The position requires 5+ years in automotive dimensional analysis and strong GD&T knowledge, with experience in CMM, laser scanning, and 3D metrology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive experience in BIW dimensional analysis, body joining or vehicle launch engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with weld and adhesive joint designs and body joining.
• Experience with CMM, laser scan and optical metrology and Pi Web data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Lead dimensional issue resolution from prototype through start of production.
• Partner with body shop, supplier quality, manufacturing and assembly teams to improve fit and finish.
• Perform root cause analysis of dimensional variation using GD&T and tolerance stack-ups.
• Interpret metrology data from CMM, laser scan and optical systems.
• Support vehicle launches and body shop operations.
