Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a Quality Technician to perform dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections across production lines. Operates CMMs, laser scanners, tensile testers and related equipment to verify part conformity and support first-piece checks.

The role requires 3–5 years of QC experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector, with strong math, documentation, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Toyota launch systems and requirements preferred.
• Exposure to multicultural office environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• CMM operation and dimensional inspection.
• Weld cut, etch, and evaluation.
• SDS (Sample Dimensional Study).
• Laser scanning and profile measurement.
• Tensile and mechanical testing.
• Torque verification.
• Vision system inspection.
• Daily first piece and in-process checks.
• Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies.
