Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is recruiting a Quality Engineer / Total Vehicle for our client in the automotive sector. The role leads dimensional issue resolution from prototype through start of production, collaborating with body shop, supplier quality, manufacturing and assembly teams to improve vehicle fit and finish.

The position requires deep knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and root cause analysis, with hands-on experience in CMM, laser scan, and optical metrology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive experience in BIW dimensional analysis, body joining or vehicle launch engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with weld and adhesive joint designs and body joining.
• Experience with CMM, laser scan and optical metrology and Pi Web data interpretation.
• Quality tools: FMEA, Six Sigma, Minitab; knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Willingness to relocate to Blythewood, SC.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Experience with PolyWorks, CM4D, Q-DAS and 3DCS.
