• Develop testing strategies covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide insights on product quality, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing testing methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks, processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative testing approaches and tools.
• Ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
