Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Ability to develop and execute test plans, test strategies, and testing documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to validate application functionality against business requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects to ensure timely resolution and product stability.
• Collaborate with development, business, and delivery teams to support reliable and high-quality software releases.
• Develop testing strategies covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide insights on product quality, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members by sharing testing methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks, processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative testing approaches and tools.
• Ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
