Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / Tester to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications in an Agile environment.

The candidate will design and execute test cases, validate data with SQL, and collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver quality software. Responsibilities include test case creation, defect tracking, and participation in sprint ceremonies, with a focus on functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.


• Execute manual test cases and document test results.


• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.


• Validate application data using SQL queries and perform data analysis as needed.

Required Qualifications
