Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 2+ years.

• Experience with RCCA/CAPA and quality improvements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide drawing reviews and test procedure reviews to ensure design modifications meet quality and customer requirements.
• Lead RCCA/CAPA activities and CAPA boards for the CCA factory.
• Support internal and external audits, including AS9100.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure quality across the lifecycle of programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making in a growing program.
