Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience; Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of prior related experience; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years prior related experience.
• Prior experience in Quality Control, Inspection, Manufacturing Quality, or a related discipline.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, team lead, or coordinating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Quality Control Inspectors in the execution of daily inspection activities.
• Collaborate with multiple functions supporting the production of high-complexity products to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• General understanding of manufacturing, materials, test and design engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong experience with preparing and handling documentation.
• Understand quality control methods and processes and drive continuous improvement.
