Job summary

InterSystems in Boston invites applications for the Software Engineer Rotational Program – Early Career. This program offers two 6-week rotations across HealthShare, IntelliCare, Data Platforms, and Financial Services, plus onboarding and mentorship.

Graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a STEM degree, you’ll work on real codebases, gain cross-functional experience, and transition into a full-time software development role based on fit and business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, C#).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
