Qualifications

• Four-year technical degree or equivalent training.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in lead role through cross-functional project management skills.
• Manage Knapheide Quality System and ensure ISO9001 compliance.
• Handle special customer requests such as CoC, FMEAs, and control plans.
• Report on quality metrics and drive improvements through trend analysis and cross-functional reviews.
• Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives to meet requirements.
• Utilize lean and quality tools to address quality concerns.
• Develop/manages projects including manufacturing trials, validation, and testing.
• Oversee CAPA system and ISO9001 compliance.
• Lead or participate in product and process quality audits (internal and external).
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvements across the organization.
• Provide technical and quality support for plant production, suppliers, and customers.
