Job summary

ITC, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Quality Engineer in Peoria, Illinois to support control plans, ECNs, and design records. The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, change control, and PPAP readiness as part of the quality assurance function.

The engineer will coordinate AARs, ensure conformance to customer requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain traceability and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years in quality/manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Experience with machining or regulated manufacturing environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Part-Specific Control Plans and ensure PPAP alignment.
• Support ECNs and related quality documentation updates.
• Review and ensure accuracy of Design Records and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate Appearance Approval Reports (AAR) and ensure cosmetic requirements met.
