Qualifications

• Two years of recent BT D experience in operations, manufacturing engineering or quality.
• Strong print reading ability and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience reading/interpreting production drawings and specs.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Create and update quality tools to convey customer expectations and prints.
• Process ECN's and ROC's; notify areas that need action.
• Assist with PPAP submissions and document gathering.
• Manage customer portal for PPAPs, print changes, and non-conformances.
• Generate corrective actions (CA's) and containment as needed.
• Participate in MRB and RA review meetings to disposition nonconformances.
• Maintain 8D RA Table and compare with rejection data.
• Travel to BTD locations and customer sites as needed.
• Assist QA and production in new or changing parts; read customer prints and specs.
• Participate in new part launch processes and communicate supplier requirements to QMS.
• Coordinate with QA and sales to meet customer quality requirements.
• Participate in audits and suggest improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Adhere to safety manual and management system.
