Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Quality, Lean, or Six Sigma certification(s) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on quality support across manufacturing, including troubleshooting, inspection support, nonconformance disposition, and corrective action.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities with production and engineering to improve process capability and reduce defects.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, sampling plans, test methods, procedures, and QMS documentation.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection, calibration activities, and quality training for operators and inspectors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, customer service, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues and strengthen ISO 9001 systems.
