Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer I to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing quality systems. You will work with seasoned professionals on Lean projects, audits, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

The role provides exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, Nadcap, and real-world quality processes. Recent graduates or those with limited experience are encouraged to apply and grow into a skilled quality professional.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area.
• Strong interest in quality, manufacturing, data analysis, statistics, metallurgy, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus.
• Recent graduates or early-career candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participating in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assisting with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collecting and analyzing manufacturing and quality data.
• Supporting SPC initiatives.
• Creating graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Helping investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Supporting customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assisting with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
