Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a two-year college degree in an applicable field and three years related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in MRB meetings to evaluate non-conforming materials, components, and products.
• Identify and document root causes of non-conformances in products or materials.
• Approve, reject, or recommend rework for materials that don’t meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and drive investigations of SIRs with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Ensure proper documentation for non-conformances, including dispositions, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions, tracking to completion.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with quality peers, manufacturing, engineering, and procurement to resolve issues.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives to improve quality and reduce defects.
