Responsibilities

• Manage site MRB (Materials Review Board) process
• Support containment and resolution of nonconforming materials
• Review Manufacturing Work Instructions and provide feedback
• Assist in root cause analysis
• Lead containment of nonconforming items and inspections
• Coordinate with engineering teams on dispositions
• Ensure MRB data collection and accuracy
• Communicate process performance and quality issues to stakeholders
• Track MRB metrics weekly
• Execute vendor RMAs with warehouse and buyers
• Create inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and end-of-line
• Train technicians to execute inspection plans and data capture
• Propose and implement quality assurance policies
• Perform internal audits per Quality Systems guidance
• Deep-dive into data and traceability investigations
