Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required or preferred (as indicated).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments.
• Solid understanding of complex systems across engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, think analytically and communicate professionally in a high pressure, time sensitive customer environment.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical and construction skills to design, install, repair or troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
• Provide technical analysis and support to internal and external customers.
• Ensure timely non-conformance resolution and enforce quality process standards.
