Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Malabar, Florida, seeks a Senior Associate, Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality across manufacturing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze defect data and implement data-driven corrective actions.
• Review hardware for compliance with engineering drawings.
• Drive continuous improvement of the quality system and manufacturing processes.
• Present corrective actions and process improvements to internal and external audiences.
• Review and ensure compliance with policies, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Lead containment of non-conforming material.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Revise and improve manufacturing work instructions.
• Initiate and review engineering design changes.
• Coordinate MRB dispositions for non-conforming product.
• Perform internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
