Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 4+ years in quality control/inspection or manufacturing quality.
• Graduate degree with 2+ years related experience; or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, team lead, or coordinating experience in manufacturing/production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Quality Control Inspectors in daily inspection activities.
• Collaborate with multiple functions supporting production of high-complexity products to ensure quality requirements.
• General understanding of manufacturing, materials, test and design engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience preparing and handling documentation.
• Understanding of quality control methods and processes.
• Drive process and production excellence through continuous improvement in a fast-growing program.
• Manage competing priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Current or ability to obtain a US security clearance.
