Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney Quality Engineering role in Atlanta, seeks a Quality Engineer to lead day-to-day quality functions within the Southern Logistics Center. You will manage quality reviews, audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction and compliant processes.

The role requires RCCA proficiency, SAP experience, and a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in quality, manufacturing or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering; Advanced degree acceptable.
• Experience in quality systems, manufacturing processes and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in Quality Logistics: audits, reviews, CAR management and escape investigations.
• Report to the Associate Director of Quality, Southern Logistics Center.
• Complete internal auditor training and perform audits per schedule.
• Coordinate escape management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Foster relationships across value streams and PW enterprise.
• Improve RCCA proficiency across the organization.
• Maintain CORE discipline certification.
