Job summary

Blueworx is hiring a Quality Engineer in Oklahoma City to support process and product improvement. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective process control and problem-solving.

You will develop Process Control Plans, lead corrective actions, and conduct failure analyses while mentoring teams and managing quality projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years in a quality engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
• Ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process capability and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Process Control Plans.
• Lead preventative and corrective actions across teams.
• Conduct failure analysis on customer returns.
• Mentor cross-functional teams for root cause analysis.
• Represent Quality in product launches and Lean activities.
• Support customer visits related to product or process quality.
• Manage special projects and resolve quality issues.
