Job summary

Blueworx is hiring a Quality Engineer in Oklahoma City to support process and product improvement. This role is critical for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective process control and problem-solving.

You will develop Process Control Plans, lead corrective actions, and conduct failure analyses while mentoring teams and managing quality projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with analytical and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years in a quality engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with process capability and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Quality in product launches and Lean activities.

Quality Engineer

BlueWorx is hiring a Quality Engineer to support continuous process and product improvement for one of our valued manufacturing partners in Oklahoma City. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through process control, problem-solving, and driving measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain Process Control Plans

  • Lead and facilitate preventative and corrective actions across teams based on quality data and customer feedback.

  • Conduct failure analysis on customer returns to ensure quick turnaround and resolution.

  • Serve as a mentor for cross-functional improvement teams, supporting effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Represent Quality inproduct launches and Lean activities.

  • Support and coordinate customer visits related to product or process quality.

  • Manage special projects and resolve critical quality issues within company guidelines.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering/manufacturing environment.

  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).

  • Ability to lead, coach, and influence cross-functional teams.
