Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing seeks a Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System for a high-volume manufacturing operation. The role leads Quality Engineers and Supervisors, serving as the key rep to customers and suppliers on quality and service.

Responsibilities include designing an integrated warranty analysis system, driving root-cause actions, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading quality programs in high-volume manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
• Proven ability to manage customer and supplier quality relationships.
• Experience with PPAP and APQP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System for a high-volume operation.
• Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Supervisors.
• Design and implement warranty data analysis system for fast access.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with product teams.
• Represent quality to customers and suppliers on quality and service.
• Champion Lean initiatives and maintain PCPs.
