Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a Quality Engineer to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. You will test products, evaluate supplier quality, and address manufacturing issues related to steel manufacturing and ground control solutions.

The role requires a BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Materials) and 3–5 years of experience, with the ability to read AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor drawings. Excellent benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings in AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing under guidance from Engineering.
• Apply engineering principles to calculations and determine testing setups.
• Assist with lab testing of manufactured or purchased products.
• Prepare emails or reports conveying technical requirements and test results.
• Support vendor auditing and supplier development for quality improvements.
• Maintain lab organization and storage for samples and parts.
