Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh. You will perform lab testing, analyze data, and support vendor development to ensure that steel manufacturing and ground control solutions meet all specifications.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing and Quality teams, interpret drawings/specifications, and assist in quality audits and testing of products as assigned. Competitive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical or Materials) preferred.
• 3–5 years relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings or models created with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing and organize tasks with engineering guidance.
• Apply engineering principles to analyze data and prepare test setups.
• Assist with lab testing of manufactured or purchased products.
• Interpret product drawings and specs; prepare reports for parts and test results.
• Understand regulatory or industry standards for manufactured or purchased products.
• Support creation and organization of technical documents.

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Relevant Discipline (Mechanical or Material Science Engineering)
