Job summary

Pinta Elements, based in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the QMS and ensure products meet customer specs, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Director of Engineering & Innovation and drive ISO compliance, investigations, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to improve product quality, reduce defects, and promote a culture of quality across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), audits, and statistical problem-solving.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001.
• Lead quality investigations and CAPA, coordinate internal and external audits.
• Establish inspection methods and quality control plans for materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve material quality issues and improve performance.
• Track quality metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to improve product designs and processes.
