Charter Manufacturing Company is offering a Quality Engineer Internship in Cleveland, OH, for the summer. The role provides hands-on experience supporting quality initiatives in steel manufacturing and uses Salesforce, ETQ and Tableau to analyze data and drive improvements.

You’ll work full-time (40 hours/week) with start date in May 2027, focusing on developing QA tools, dashboards, and daily quality activities to support automotive customers and continuous improvement projects.

Formación

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Quality Engineer Internship:
Gain hands-on experience supporting quality initiatives while developing an understanding of automotive quality requirements and steel manufacturing processes. You’ll also build practical skills using business tools such as Salesforce, ETQ, Tableau, and other software to analyze data and support continuous improvement efforts.
