Charter Steel in Saukville, WI is offering a Process Engineering Internship designed for students in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering. You will support manufacturing operations through data collection, root cause analysis, and Lean improvement projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
The program combines a part-time schedule during the academic year (15–20 hours/week) with a full-time summer commitment (40 hours/week), starting May 2027.
