Job summary

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, business, accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Release MRB rework instructions for items in the Material Review Board process.
  • Assist with compliance procedure implementation across departments.
  • Assist in internal audits and evaluate adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Review quality documentation and identify gaps and non-conformities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and root-cause analysis to support corrective actions.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audit report preparation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and track improvements.

Job description

Position Summary

Under the direction of the leadership team in the Quality Department, release MRB rework packages, conduct quality and technical audits of manufacturing processes and documentation; review manufacturing instructions and data; and ensure compliance with customer print and special purchase order requirements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Plan and release rework instructions for items in the Material Review Board process.
  • Assist with compliance procedure implementation and adherence.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits across various departments, evaluating adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the review and analysis of quality documentation, identifying potential gaps and non-conformities.
  • Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Participate in special projects related to quality assurance and process improvement as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/master’s degree in quality engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
