Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Quality Tech II for the Indianapolis warehouse to ensure quality and on-time delivery for warehouse activities. You will inspect products, verify labels and packing lists, and document issues before shipment.

The role requires 1–3 years of quality inspection or quality engineering, and an associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. You will learn and apply ANSI, DIN, ISO standards, read Regal Rexnord drawings, and train operators to uphold standard work

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or quality engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret Regal Rexnord drawings and design prints.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse product modifications to ensure quality and standards.
• Monitors product quality and on-time delivery; supports corrective actions.
• Uses standard tools to track OTD, DPPM, 5S, backlogs and past-due orders.
• Verifies product labels, specifications, and packing lists before shipment.
• Manages customer RMAs and provides weekly updates.
• Reports, red-tags, and coordinates disposal of non-conforming products.
• Completes customer quality and corrective action documentation.
• Inspects finished products before shipment as needed.
