Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Quality Engineer II to sustain the Environmental Quality aspects across design and manufacturing of MEMS-based timing products. You will collaborate with suppliers, support change control, and conduct internal and supplier audits as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in semiconductors, strong problem-solving, and English proficiency. The role requires attention to environmental standards and document control, with opportunities for career growth and equity participation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/Environmental Safety or Chemical.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support overtime if needed.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to environmental & customer surveys with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain Environmental documentation (Reach, RoHS, IMDS, CAMDS, IPC1752 & formats).
• Monitor material declaration documents from suppliers and keep them current.
• Perform supplier audits and monitor supplier processes for improvements.
• Generate material composition reports and maintain in document control system.
• Audit per ISO9001:2015 and customer-specific requirements.
• Facilitate dispositioning of non-conforming material.
• Run Change Control Board activities and notify Eng/Manufacturing and customers.
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvements; respond to requests.
