Andersen Corporation is seeking a quality engineering professional to support manufacturing line quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product conformance to specifications.

The role collaborates across operations, supply chain, quality, logistics, and engineering to implement corrective actions and improve customer satisfaction while using tools like Excel and Minitab for data analysis.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 1–3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional AutoCAD skills and geometric tolerancing.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, quality programs, SPC, process capability and lean manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of measurement tools and systems
• ASQ CQE/CSSGB/CSSBB preferred

Responsibilities

• Make critical decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving.
• Own the quality metrics of the responsible area.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings, kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
• Use Excel or Minitab to analyze data for trends and anomalies.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications to create control plans and work instructions.
• Develop process validation plans and document results.
• Approve engineering change requests or PLMs.
• Provide quality assurance support for internal and external customers.
