This role focuses on supporting SPC, Lean initiatives, internal audits, and documentation while you grow from fundamentals to practical quality engineering in a real factory setting.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality or related area.
• Interest in quality, manufacturing, data analysis and problem solving.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives and data-driven quality decisions.
• Create graphs, reports, and quality documentation.
