Zaddy Solutions is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer I to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing quality systems. This role targets recent graduates or those with limited professional experience who want exposure to ISO standards, Nadcap, and continuous improvement projects.

You'll learn by doing—supporting SPC, data analysis, audits, and documentation while collaborating with experienced engineers to develop practical quality skills and advance your manufacturing career.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis or related area.
• Strong foundation in quality systems and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
