Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area.
• Four-year technical degree welcomed.
• Interest in quality, manufacturing, data analysis, statistics, metallurgy, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, machining drawings, or statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, and quality documentation.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
