Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer I for a great early-career opportunity. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience who want hands-on exposure to quality systems, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.

You will learn by doing, supporting ISO 9001/17025 and Nadcap, QA audits, SPC, data analysis, and problem solving. A two-year technical degree qualifies; a four-year degree is welcome, and curiosity is highly valued.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or with limited professional experience in quality/manufacturing
Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area qualifies
Four-year technical degree welcomed

Responsibilities

Support Quality Management System and quality standards
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions
Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data
Support SPC initiatives
Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation
Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
Assist with customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities
Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects
