Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a technical background.
• Two-year technical degree in Quality, Statistical Analysis, or related area qualifies for consideration; a four-year degree also welcomed.
• Strong foundation in quality, manufacturing, data analysis, statistics, metallurgy, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management System (QMS) and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, and quality documentation.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and quality-related projects.
