Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a technical background.
• Familiarity with quality systems, data analysis, and problem solving is a plus.
• Interest in ISO 9001/ISO 17025 and Nadcap knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the company’s Quality Management System and quality standards
• Participating in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
• Assisting with internal quality audits and corrective actions
• Collecting and analyzing manufacturing and quality data
• Supporting SPC initiatives
• Creating graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation
• Helping investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
• Supporting customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities
• Assisting with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects
