Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a technical background.
• Two-year technical degree in Quality or related area.
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity.
• Solid computer skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with SPC, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System and quality standards.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with internal quality audits and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing and quality data.
• Support SPC initiatives.
• Create graphs, reports, diagrams, and other quality documentation.
• Help investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Support customer quality concerns and non-conformance activities.
• Assist with procedures, documentation, training, and other quality-related projects.
