Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or related field with 2+ years QA/QC experience.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years QA/QC experience.
• High school diploma with 8+ years experience, including leadership in QA/QC.
• Strong QA/QC principles and ISO 9001 experience.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving in low-rate production environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or automotive environments with low-rate, high-complexity assemblies.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality control protocols.
• Experience using Pareto charts and data analysis for defect reduction.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues.
• Experience interpreting engineering blueprints and drawings.

Aufgaben

• Develop and modify quality control protocols for in-process, partially finished, and finished tracked vehicle products.
• Validate processes, procedures, parts, and final vehicles to ensure conformance to engineering specs and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality data and Pareto analyses to identify defect trends and nonconformities.
• Present findings to leadership and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality governance requirements.
