Job summary

Us Tech Solutions seeks a Quality Engineer to support the Combat Mission Systems Paladin vehicle program. You will develop and maintain quality controls across engine testing, sub-assemblies, main line, and final assembly while ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

You will drive data-driven improvements, lead cross-functional teams, and verify conformance to engineering specs and customer requirements in a low-rate production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quality engineering experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4+ years quality engineering experience.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years experience including leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control at multiple assembly stages.
• Investigate, document, and resolve complex issues in military vehicle builds.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive CAPA actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and quality governance.
