Job summary

MetalTek International is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Carondelet facility near St. Louis, MO. You will evaluate customer specs, drive compliance, and develop process-control methods in a high-precision foundry environment.

The role emphasizes non-destructive testing, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration to support aerospace, defense, and petrochemical clients. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Quality Systems.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; foundry experience a plus.
• Experience in Non-destructive evaluation (NDE) preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, interpret, and clarify specifications of customers' product requirements and ensure compliance.
• Respond to areas of non-compliance and determine corrective actions with customer and team.
• Develop methods and procedures for process control and quality at manufacturing operations.
• Standardize databases and software for control of product and quality.
• Lead improvement projects as assigned.
