Job summary

MetalTek International Carondelet Division seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality department, ensuring compliant products are produced and shipped on time while driving continuous improvement of systems and processes.

You will oversee customer contract reviews, write and maintain procedures, conduct audits, identify training needs, and manage material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing products/services to support higher throughput.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of quality systems experience
• Strong technical skills desired
• Foundry experience highly desired
• Experience with ISO 9001-2008, NORSOK, PED, ASME Section 9 required
• Experience with AS9100, NADCAP, ASTM, 10CFR50, NQA1 / NCA3800 preferred
• Ability to support customer audits
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the quality department to ensure compliant products are produced and shipped on time
• Oversee customer order contract review and maintain systems compliance
• Write and maintain Carondelet procedures and conduct audits
• Identify training needs and implement monitoring systems
• Perform material testing and inspection of incoming and outgoing products/services
• Support increased throughput and cost reduction initiatives
