Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• ISO certification experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• 3–5 years of foundry or manufacturing experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to quality and engineering initiatives.
• Lead corrective actions and drive continuous improvement across foundry operations.
• Participate in internal ISO team.
• Analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Aid in managing workflow for RT subcontractors.
• Ensure calibration of M&T equipment per cycles.
• Perform internal and external audits.
• Communicate improvements to supervisors and department heads.
• Develop and maintain procedures, practices, and controls.
• Collaborate with outside contractors as needed.
• Prioritize projects and coordinate with departments.
